I was new to yoga when I first started taking classes with Beth. I was nervous about being in a classroom setting with people who were consistently practicing, but Beth made me feel very comfortable! She has a very inviting, genuine energy and has a way of connecting with you and others. I immediately felt at home with her and now I practice with her weekly. She does teach a variety of classes that are for all skill levels. Each time I attend a class, not only do I learn something new, but I feel empowered and balanced! Thanks Beth !
